Hygiene is a set of practices performed for the preservation of health. It is fact that maintaining hygiene around us will prevent us from bacteria and viruses. Follow the below steps to keep yourself and environment hygienic:
1. Having a bath is an important tip to maintain personal hygiene. Always bath once or more every day because especially in the city where pollution and humidity can bring diseases in you. Also, having a bath every day will make you neat, clean and fresh. But do not bath with cold water when you are suffering from common cold, fever or other health problems. In that case, use hot or warm water.

5. Keep your hair at a length and style which you can properly maintain in a cleanly manner at all times. Have a dandruff free hair.
6. Drink plenty of water. At least drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day to be healthy. Not having plenty of water causes various health diseases. So start drinking plenty of water from now.
7. Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables. They are very good for health. Having crunchy fruits and vegetables will help you in practicing hygiene.
8. Avoid tobacco products. It is very injurious to health. It contains harmful components that are why it causes cancer.

9. Avoid coffee. Having excessive coffee may cause various health problems.
10. Trim your nails. If you don't trim your nails then you look dirty. Not having trim nails is a sign of dirty habits.
11. Wear clean clothes. Wearing dirty clothes will affect your personality. Even you will suffer from various allergies.
12. Get plenty of rest, 7 to 8 hours a night. Or at least have 6 hours of sleep at night.
13. Wash your feet properly while having a bath.

16. Clean your bed sheets. Always use clean and neat bed sheets.

19. Do not use the same utensils to prepare different food. Have separate utensils for preparing separate meals.
20. Proper disposal of uneaten food and packaging should be carried out. Throwing uneaten food or packaging to your surrounding will cause environmental pollution. As a result, you may suffer from various health diseases.
