Ways to balance your mind
To create balance and a positive state of mind you have to have control over your mind. You are a master of your own and no one else can harm you or insult you without your consent. Negativity enters you when you have no control over your mind and easily get distracted by the outer energy.The mind is a very powerful machine in every human, making you feel and think good if you have control over yourself and/or destroy you if you have no control over yourself and your mind. To have control over your mind you need to stay calm and for that, you have to meditate.
Benefits of Meditation
Doing meditation early in the morning around 3:00 am is the best time to silence the conscious mind and implant positivity.The most powerful word to balance your mind and body is the word OM. It has a positive vibration in it which makes you feel positive and balanced. Try this and get a positive result. It needs to be done repeatedly every morning for at least 10 minutes as early morning your mind is fresh and can absorb positivity in your mind.
Also whenever you read something, hear something, or see something try and receive only the positive and good information from it rather than any negative information.
Your mind catches the information at once and you won't even know it when it gets stored in your subconscious mind. So at least try and get your information correct.
A person becomes a powerful being when he or she has the power to control themselves rather than others' minds and bodies. You have no control over others and if you try it you will be depressed as it is impossible to control others' minds. When you control yours and see it positively you will yourself feel good about it and whatever the outer energy especially negative ones, sends you or throws to you it will not hamper you at all.
The choice of the food you eat also creates negative and positive thoughts in you. Try to take the hygienic and vegetable products more which will create balance in your diet and your mind.
When someone sends us their energy and vibes we have options to absorb that energy, reject that energy, and or replace that energy with positive ones only. Everything is in our hands and we can choose the options we want. In this regard, what options do you want to choose when someone tells you that you are not good-looking? Will you take it and lose your self-confidence or will you just listen and reject it? Will you replace it with positive ones that you are not good-looking but the best looking?
It's on your hand the way you want to take it and absorb it in your mind.
