Noble truth is a real high moral quality and principles. The four noble truths identified by the Lord Buddha are as follows:
The Universality of Suffering
The first noble truth identified by the Buddha is the universality of suffering. He identified the universality of suffering. He identified the universality of pain and unsatisfactoriness. He found the noble truth about the suffering and pain. When people don't find satisfaction, happiness, and pleasure in anything they do, they suffer. The Cause of Suffering
The second noble truth identified by the Buddha is the cause of suffering. He identified this noble truth and mentioned craving as the cause of suffering. Also, selfish desire is the cause of human suffering. Buddha identified that the actual root of human suffering and pain is in the mind itself. The mind is everything. What you think you become. He is able who thinks he is able.According to the Lord Buddha, all wrong-doing arises because of mind. Therefore, the mind should be transformed. We have to fill our mind with compassion.
The Solution of Suffering and Pain
The third noble truth identified by the Buddha is the solution of suffering and pain. The ultimate solution of all suffering is the cessation of craving i.e. the cessation of power desire for something. The one who is the cause of suffering has the solution to suffering. If people can't change the things happening to them, they can change their reactions. If we act with a pure thought, happiness follows us, like a shadow that never leaves us.
A Path to Overcome Suffering
The fourth noble truth identified by the Buddha is the way or path to overcome all the suffering and pain. To walk safely through the maze of human life, one needs the light of wisdom and the guidance of virtue. Buddha identified the noble truth that there is always a way that leads away from suffering. When Buddha identified this path, he also mentioned various methods through which people can change themselves and be free from sufferings and pains. He taught about the Noble Eightfold Path consisting of eight noble paths.
